Setra Lite room pressure monitoring for Australian projects

Connect the configured analogue output to a compatible BMS input. Match the signal type, electrical wiring and full-scale pressure range at both ends, then check zero, polarity and scaling during commissioning. The BMS contractor should define remote alarm thresholds, delays, trends and the response to loss of power or an invalid signal.
The documented interface is analogue. Do not specify direct BACnet or Modbus communication for Lite on the basis of a generic “BMS compatible” description.

Does every Setra Lite have an audible alarm?
No. Setra offers visual-only and audible-alarm versions. Include the audible option explicitly where required.
Can Lite replace an existing mechanical pressure indicator?
It may be a suitable electronic alternative after checking the pressure range, power supply, tubing, wall opening and required alarms. It is not an automatic like-for-like replacement.
Does Lite control the room pressure?
Lite indicates pressure and provides a measurement signal. The mechanical system and its controls establish the pressure relationship.
When should I choose SRCM or FLEX instead?
Review SRCM or FLEX when the project needs a touchscreen, additional environmental readings, multiple rooms or a networked monitoring arrangement.
