Advanced multi-room environmental monitoring for healthcare, laboratories and critical spaces

The Setra FLEX™ Environmental Monitor is an advanced room monitoring and control platform designed for critical environments where pressure and other environmental conditions need to be continuously monitored, displayed, alarmed and integrated with the Building Management System.

Rather than monitoring differential pressure alone, FLEX can monitor up to three rooms with six parameters per room, providing a central interface for pressure, temperature, humidity, air-change rate and other environmental measurements.

A large 7-inch colour touchscreen provides clear local indication of room status and can be operated while wearing medical gloves.

FLEX is available in monitoring and control configurations, making it suitable for both standalone critical-room monitoring and integration into more comprehensive HVAC and BMS control strategies.

Monitor Up to Three Rooms

A single FLEX can support up to three rooms or spaces.

Each room can display and monitor up to six environmental parameters, allowing FLEX to consolidate several room-monitoring functions into one interface.

• Relative humidity
• Air changes per hour – ACH
• Particle concentration
• Air velocity
• Occupancy
• Door status
• CO₂ or other gases
• User-defined environmental parameters

This makes FLEX suitable for applications where room pressure is only one component of the environmental monitoring strategy.

7-Inch Touchscreen Display

FLEX incorporates a 7-inch projected-capacitive colour touchscreen providing an intuitive interface for staff, technicians and facility operators.

The touchscreen can be operated while wearing medical gloves and provides clear indication of room condition, monitored values and alarm status.
